Individual Session: $200 per hour
This is a one on one therapy session based on the patient's individual needs.
*Rates can vary based on individual needs and are calculated using a sliding scale*

Group Session (per person): $250 (total package)
This is a package of six pre-purchased group therapy sessions for six consecutive weeks. Groups will comprise of five to six patients with common needs and themes.
*One session for group meeting: $50*

Insurance
Services may or may not be covered in full or in part by your health insurance carrier, based on out of network provider contracts. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Are out of network providers covered?
Accepted Insurance Plans: MEDICARE, BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD, CIGNA, OPTUM, UNITED HEALTHCARE

New Medicare Rules
If you are a Medicare patient, the new Medicare rules require your initial session to be conducted in person at the office. Subsequent sessions may be held via telehealth.

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited case-by-case basis.

Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
